This procedure shows how to test AMC-BLDC electronic boards and applies to the following IIT code:

14962.D AMC_BLDC, IIT - Electronic board, single motor driver BLDC 12V-52V, 1 Arms, Hall sensors, incremental encoder, CAN/FD interface

AMCX-JIG - AMC_BLDC setup Electronics: materials for production validation [cod.IIT 18214.0.0] includes the following codes:
- AMCX-JIG - Jig for AMC family boards [cod.IIT 17799.A]
- ESD USB-CAN with USB power supply cable. [cod.IIT 1014]
- DBGADP, IIT - Electronic Board, DebugAdapter board for AMCx cards [cod.IIT 16447]
- ST-LINK/V3 - Programmer/Debugger, STLINK-V3SEGT, modular, in-circuit, for MCU STM8, STM32 [cod.IIT 16461]
- AMC_BLDC, IIT - Electronic board, single motor driver BLDC 12V-52V, 1 Arms, Hall sensors, incremental encoder, CAN/FD interface (GOLDENBOARD) [cod.IIT 14962.D]
AMCX-JIG - AMC_BLDC setup Harness: wiring materials for production validation [cod.IIT 17895.0.0]
PC's HUB is optional. To be used if there are not enough USB ports available. Not provided

Warning

Handle the test setup carefully to avoid breaking thin wires and connectors

Double-click on “IPTS-Setup.exe” and follow the wizard. This will install the test suite and other software required for the test (refer to the user manual for further information).

Connect the setup referring to Fig.1
Connect ESD CAN-USB (3) and ST-Link/V3 (5) to the PC’s USB (1)
Connect ESD CAN-USB (3) to the AMCX-JIG J10 connector (4)
Connect ST-Link/V3 (5) to the J3 connector of the DBGADP (6A)
Connect the flying connector of the DBGADP to the J1 connector of the AMC-BLDC (6B)
