DPB
Test Procedure
1 Document Scope
Info
This procedure shows how to test the DPB Board.
2 Requirements
2.1 Hardware Requirements
- DPB board under test;
- DC Power Supply (At least 0-20V and 3A or more);
- Supply Cable type Microfit-3.0. Polarity: Pin 1(+); 2(-);
- DC Multimeter.

3 Test Procedure
- Regulate the DC Power Supply to 12V - 0.2A and turn off the output.
- Connect the supply cable to the input connector J1 of the DPB board.
- Connect the supply cable to the DC Power Supply respecting the correct polarity: Pin 1(+); 2(-).
- Connect the multimeter to the output connector J2 of the DPB board. Polarity: Pin 1(+); 2(-).
- Enable the output of the DC Power supply. DL1 must be ON and the consumption around 20mA.
- The voltage measurement with the multimeter must be between 4.9V and 5.1V.
- Increase the voltage from the DC Power Supply to 18V, the output voltage must remain regulated.
- Decrease the voltage from the DC Power Supply to 9V, the output voltage must remain regulated.
